I can’t even believe the first picture is me 😱 my weight loss was mainly achieved through the using a food diary, My fitness pal and a bit of exercise here and there! I also tried not to restrict myself from any food groups. My goal now is to gain muscle 😊

1. Weight loss takes time. Even 1lb of loss per week, if kept off, is impressive. Racing to lose weight at an unreasonable speed is bad for your motivation and makes you more likely to give up or gain the weight back. A fast but still realistic goal is at most 2.5lbs per week.
2. Stop making promises you can’t keep. Saying things like “I’ll never eat again”, “I’ll never eat junk food”, “I’ll always exercise daily for 2 hours” just sets you up for defeat. Set small, achievable goals, like “I won’t eat junk food this week” or “on Mondays and Fridays I’ll work out for 2 hours”. Do what you are capable of.
3. When you’re actually hungry, eat something small - a piece of toast, a half cup of cereal, a sliced fruit or veggie. This keeps your blood sugar level and prevents cravings as well as stops you from over eating when you have your next meal. Real, dedicated weight loss includes food.
4. Every thinspo tip about water is true. Drink at least 2 litres a day. Flavour with lemon or peppermint tea bags. If you aren’t hydrated, you can’t digest your food or push out toxins, which means bloating, which means slower loss and an uglier fatter body. Drink. Water.
5. Try not to cut calories too hard too quickly. If you’re used to eating 2000cal a day, cutting down to 500cal means you’ll plateau at 500cal way quicker at a higher weight. Cut to 1200, then 1000, then 950, so on and so forth. There’s no use in eating 5 almonds a day if in the end it’s just going to stop you from reaching your goals in a sustainable way.

It’s not a secret.
It’s simply:
1) not eating a lot
2) exercising a little
3) drinking water
I can’t tell you how to lose your weight. Weight loss requires determination and will-power, and that’s not something I can give you. You either have it or you dont.
Simply ask yourself “how bad do I want this”? Because I want to be skinny more than anything in the world, and that’s why I will one day get there.
some simple tips to help you get in shape for summer🌞
🌻EATING HABITS🌻
- cut out the artificial foods! keep your body healthy by eating only natural food. fruits &
veggies are low calorie and full of nutrients!
- consider becoming vegetarian or vegan! although these eating habits aren’t actually meant for weight loss, it can help a lot by eating no meat or dairy.
🌻EXERCISE🌻
-come up with a simple routine that you can fit into your day. if you aren’t in shape, start small and slowly build up your exercise routine.
-BE CONSISTENT. i cannot stress this enough. i know i’m guilty of creating a work out plan and literally doing it twice a week because i’m too lazy to stay on it. for your own sake, be consistent with it.
-fit it into your daily schedule so it becomes normal eventually. this one is self explanatory. if you work/attend school all day and your only option is early in the morning or later in the evening, work it into your schedule.
🌻DEALING WITH THE HUNGER🌻
-i know this one is basic but DRINK WATER. it helps suppress the hunger and keeps you hydrated (which is really good for your skin too)
-whiten your teeth. you can’t really eat with whitening strips on for an hour can you? plus, the nasty taste will have probably curbed the hunger too.
-treat yourself. do your makeup, go online shopping, do a face mask! anything that will make you feel good, except for eating of course. drink some tea while you’re at it.
-clean your room. this is killing two birds with one stone. one, your room is clean and a less stressful environment, and two you won’t be eating for at least an hour.
-do anything productive really. do your homework, take care of those chores you’ve been procrastinating, go for a run.
-watch a really long movie. one that you enjoy obviously so that you’re too entertained to realize that you’re hungry.
🌻KNOWING WHEN TO EAT🌻
-always eat breakfast. you just woke up from (hopefully) an at least 7hr fast. eat something healthy and filling (i.e. a banana and some oatmeal) so that way you remain full until at least lunch time.
-yeah, those nachos look good but skinny girls don’t eat that. they eat a light salad, with a side of fruit. go light on lunch.
-keep dinner small too. after all you’re just gonna sleep on all those calories anyway. don’t forget to keep it healthy too!
-snacking throughout the day is okay!!!! just make sure it’s small and healthy. however, there is a difference between snacking and binging. remember you are the one who’s in control.
🌻STAYING MOTIVATED🌻
-look at thinspo!!!! you’re gonna be like that too.
-look at yourself in the mirror. are you happy with what you see? if not, make a list of things you want to change.
-keep up with your work out routine for a while, and notice the changes. it will keep you more motivated than any thinspo can.

negative calorie foods aren’t real
if you only do cardio you’re gonna be really flabby cause you lost ur muscles first
you wont get bulky from lifting low (10-15lb) weights you will just lose fat faster
you can drink too much water
fats are not your enemy oh my god! if you eat fatty foods you stay full all day
you can lose up to 2 pounds a week if you eat a whopping 1,200 cals a day. seriously.
not eating enough slows metabolism = slower weight loss
the more carbs you eat the hungrier you are gonna get during the day
take ur damn multivitamin
you will be fine if you cheat on your diet once or twice. you wont gain anything from eating a single piece of cake. you could die tomorrow enjoy your life
lose it slow for minimum skin sagging
fruits have a lot of sugar, cut them out if you are taking the proper vitamins
spot training isn’t real you cant just lose it in one place
stress can make you retain weight. so, ironically, if you’re worried about losing all the time you will just lose it slower
track your weight loss with weekly measurements. The scale is addicting and usually inaccurate and you will feel a lot more accomplished this way.
Your ideal thin self with a wonderful life doesn’t exist. Its still going to be you but just a little smaller. Learn to love the you right now cause you are all you got.

Since halloween is basically over, I’ll make this one a little more lighthearted!
Kurogane wasn’t sure how he got convinced to join in their snowball fight. He hated being out in the snow. But sure as his sword was Ginryuu, he was outside with a snowball in his hand, ready to fire. Fai had suggested it when they landed in a world so cold that it snowed all year round. Kurogane hadn’t been interested, but then Fai had made it interesting; Syaoran, Mokona, and Kurogane could all be on one team while Fai was by himself.
“To make it fair,” Fai had said, “Since I have so much experience in snow!”
Kurogane had to admit, defeating Fai and shoving a fist full of snow onto that blond head would be amusing, so there he was.
Kurogane was ducked behind a tree, a snowball in each hand. Each time he turned to throw one, there was one already flying at him. He was sure that magic was part of it. Next time, they’d have to make explicit rules banning magically flying snowballs from the game.
He turned to Syaoran and Mokona, who were crouched behind a nearby tree. “Oi,” He called quietly to get their attention. “On my signal, you go left to get his attention. Once he’s distracted, I’ll get him from the right.”
Mokona and Syaoran both nodded like they were soldiers about to fight a war and gathered more snowballs. Kurogane sent his signal, and Syaoran went charging in while Mokona yelled from his shoulder. After a moment, Kurogane ran out as well, and he couldn’t help the smirk when no snowballs flew at him.
Fai was raised up from behind his snow-fort, and time seemed to move in slow motion as he turned to look at Kurogane, his eyes widening in shock as Kurogane lifted a snowball to hurl right at his blond head. Kurogane grinned and his eyes went wild. He would win this fight, and then–
Poof!
Kurogane sputtered through the snowball that exploded over his face, the one in his hand falling to the ground from surprise. He ran his hand down his face and looked at Fai with wide eyes, the smile gone now. Fai was absolutely beaming though, a mix between excited and amused and smug that he managed to hit Kurogane so perfectly. But… Fai wasn’t holding any snowballs, and Kurogane couldn’t feel Fai’s magic in the air, and besides, it didn’t feel like the snowball came from Fai’s position, which would mean…
“Friendly fire?!” Kurogane gasped as he turned to face Syaoran and Mokona.
Syaoran stood with another snowball ready and aimed at Kurogane, Mokona holding her own smaller one in her paws. Syaoran smiled sheepishly. “Why did you turn on me, kid?!” Kurogane cried as he lifted a snowball to throw at him. Before he could, Fai threw one that hit Kurogane in his stomach. “Hey!” Kurogane yelled, turning on Fai now.
One of Mokona’s tiny snowballs hit the back of Kurogane’s head and he growled, turning slowly to glare at Syaoran with the eyes of a predator about to defeat its prey. “Sorry, Kurogane-san!” Syaoran said as he lifted another snowball. “Fai-san promised he’d make me my favorite cake and hot chocolate if I helped him win!”
Suddenly, Kurogane was hit with a barrage of snowballs–okay, Fai was definitely using magic, there were way too many snowballs hitting Kurogane at once. He fell to his knees and lifted his hands against the attack as the other three moved in closer.
“That’s cheating you bastard!” Kurogane yelled at Fai.
Fai shook his head, grinning, and held a snowball in his palm. “No such thing in the heat of battle, I’m afraid,” He said darkly before shoving his last snowball into Kurogane’s hair.
